If it's not too much work, I'd very much like to have an option to disable the creation of the show icon at save.
When I work with BT, I tend to create a lot of files and directories for any given project. It might sound a tad picky but I really find those small icons to be unconducive to keeping everything in order and I always delete them to keep my work structure as neat as I can.
The original plan was to embed the thumbnail in the .BT file.
This has 3 practical problems:
1) It makes the new .BT show files incompatible with old BluffTitler app versions
2) It makes the .BT show files bigger
3) It makes it more difficult for 3rd party systems using BluffTitler to extract/render the thumbnails
Maybe it's time to go back to the original plan. Thank you for your request!

Interesting timing. Just this morning I used the Show Icon feature on the two old Dpacks to get a handle of them all. A first ever for proactively using that feature :)
