The latest version of Alphabix can export your letter cubes as textures, ready for use in the picture layer. It also generates a show file to get you started, similar to the above video.

The process is straight forward:
1) Start Alphabix
2) Choose FILE > NEW... to make a new colour font. Mark the COLOUR FONT checkbox to render the font in colour. The above video uses the Abelone font: colorfontweek.fontself.com...
3) Choose FILE > EXPORT AS CUBES... and enter the names, one per line. Mark the TEXTURES checkbox to generate textures. This also generates a BluffTitler show file.

That's it!
