Have you tried clearing your cache? You can do that by choosing SETTINGS / INTERNET OPTIONS and pressing the CLEAR CACHE button.
If that does not help, what is the exact, full error message?

how can i let follow a glowing point a scetch path? you created a swarm, i only want 2 or three little sparkles or stars. hope you undestand what i m looking for.

When you change the EMISSION property of layer 10 from 1000 to 1, only a single particle is emitted per second.
