vincent, komies, Ulli and 7 others like this!

Cubemap reflections and nice glowing light sabers are completing the T-Pose effect. I've posed the minifigure (Bricklink Studio Export) with the weapon already in its hand. It's not easy, but possible. Animation entirely done with a lot of layers of VJ effects. Enjoy!

I'd love to see and hear the light sabers dance to the beat! Did you use the oscillator mode of the VJ effect? Or have you removed the audio in the video?

A big thank you to everyone!

Vincent, the Invisible Man is a really good idea.

Komies, that's almost poetic. ;-)

Filip, I'm an admitting scifi nut. :-)

Michiel, VJ for the elbow and shoulder rotation are set to random with linear interpolation, so he hits harder. That way Darth Vader could fight forever. I've tried it with a sound file. There's a lot of tweaking required. Maybe if I quit my dayjob, I could figure it out. ;-) But I will definitely keep an eye on it.
