When a head of a T pose (Cartoon) model is to large there are problems with the position of the shoulder. When you put the shoulder into the right place it takes a part of the head with it. And as a result it deforms the head. Is there a solution?
I had noticed it too, but I think this effect is already truly incredible.
If we think about how it works, it must place an area at a certain height, with the possibility of choosing a range of action of the twist.
I had a girl with long hair, her head was spinning and her hair ending up under the area remained stationary.
But the same difficulties exist in 3D graphics software such as Blender, where you have to assign "weights" and manually indicate the areas that will be part of the twist.
If I were the one who came up with this effect, I wouldn't know how to do it.
The same thing happens with the feet if they are too big and too close to each other. I think it's "normal". The solution? In my case, I cut the girl's hair and made it short.
I attach my animation.

Thnx Franco you pushed me in the right direction, although it is a hack.
I'm not a user of blender, to complicated for me. But I used 3D Builder and I first split the model, (cut it's head of). And I make the head smaller and stitched it together. It's works in this case but the stitching leaves a scar😨. I would be a poor surgeon.
A better example is: sketchfab.com...

It can probably be fixed by setting the 1st slider of the FX [SETUP] THICKNESS prop to a huge value.

Michiel it works, for Jerry I had to make the 1st slider of the FX [SETUP] THICKNESS "200".

Sorry I got an idea that I don't know if it works.
If the model had its head detached in another layer, it would be possible to decompose into
a container the various parts that form it and apply the T-pose effect to them individually?
Doing so could also animate long hair and things that come out in size.
The only thing you would see is the detachment on the neck because the part would rotate independently and not
with stretching.
