After being inspired by Ulli here: outerspace-software.com... I had to try it, too.
Animated this RPM Sketchfab model skfb.ly... via VJ letting the "viseme aa" react to the audio layer. But I also added a VJ pulse control to the eyes and some random spline movement to the head to let him look more real.
Background is a cylinder with prevframe and a eternal zoom filter.
