Here's how to change the colour of the lower third bar of template 1 of the lower thirds pack:
1) select layer 8 (with the dropdown above the PLAY button)
2) select the COLOUR property (with the dropdown above the 3 sliders)
3) mark the ALL KEYS checkbox
4) change the colour with the 3 sliders
That's it!

Instead of selecting the layer with the dropdown, it can also be selected by double clicking on it.
Instead of using the sliders, press <F3> for the standard Windows colour dialog. This works for all colour props.
