In my opinion the better way is to create the box with 6 textured EPS panels placed in a container, and adjust the pivot point for the EPS used as cover

@SMSgtRod: As long as I myself put a "boom boom" in the wooden box its not me who should be worried but every nosy person who whants to know whats in the box. So ye all be aware of "The wooden Box" (Scary music playing).
