BluffTitler version 12.2.0.2 introduces soft reflections.
The screenshot on the left has hard reflections. This mirror is too good to be true, making it look artificial.
The reflections on the right are softer, making it look more realistic.
Soft reflections have been implemented as a post processing effect:
-apply the Camera/CameraSoftReflections effect to the camera layer (select the camera layer and choose MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT...)
-set the mirror position with the FX Mirror position property
You can make the effect as subtle or over-the-top as you want:
-set the amount of blur with the FX Max blur factor prop
-and set the gradient size with the FX Blur gradient size (the blur factor is 0 at the mirror position and gets higher further away from the mirror)
The first BixPack that uses soft reflections is the Love and Wedding Pack. The screenshots have been created with template 5.
Technically the effect does nothing more than making the amount of blur depend on the vertical world position. This means that it can also be used to blur shadows and probably for a lot more: don't be afraid to experiment!

Great addition, it does make it more realistic as reflection also depends on the surface material that is reflecting, and now can be simulated.
I think AGPVN will be pleased too :)
