New effects
Version 14.7 introduces 3 new effects:
Text/TwistedText, Picture/TwistedPicture, ProceduralTextures/ControlPanel
The screenshot of this post has been created with the new ControlPanel effect.
VJ dialog
The VJ dialog now has an oscillator mode:

Effect compatibility protection
A proper warning is now given when you try to use an old effect in a new version. If this happens, delete the effects folder and re-install BluffTitler.
To prevent compatibility issues in the future, never rename, move or edit effect files.
New styles sketch layer
The sketch layer has 2 new styles: Triangle and Hexagon:

Transparent animated GIF
When you have installed FFMpeg, you can now generate transparent animated GIFs:

Warning: current version of FFMpeg has issues with transparent GIFs. Please do not blame BluffTitler for this, but wait until they have fixed this. Or even better: try to avoid the GIF format.
Bugfixes
-Camera layers attached to sketch layers can now be detached
-Cubemaps and shadowmaps now use the light layer when it is attached to a camera layer
-Visibility in F2 mode issues fixed

Those are effects. You can apply an effect to the active layer by choosing the menu item MEDIA > CHANGE EFFECT...
