Here's how you can use the ProceduralTextures\BezierCurve effect to spice up a credit roll.
The effect has FX GRADIENT COLOUR properties, but those are ignored when you provide a texture, as this example does. In this case the gradient is taken from the texture.
To change the colours:
-select layer 3
-choose MEDIA > CHANGE TEXTURE... or press F8
-unmark the TRY TO KEEP TEXTURES AND EFFECT MATCHED checkbox when BluffTitler tries to be smart:
