By cloning a text layer several times, adding time offsets and using the NotLightened_Additive.fx effect you can create a motion blur effect.
This motion blur effect uses 5 text layers. If you want to change the text you will have to change the text of all 5 layers. You can automate this process by flagging the ALL LAYERS checkbox.
