This effect renders pulsing and rotating circles, spirals, stars and everything in between.
To use this effect:
-press the ADD PICTURE LAYER... button
-press the CHANGE EFFECT... button and select this DizzySpirals.fx effect
-play around with the FX properties
This effect requires a graphics card that supports pixel shader 3.0 or higher.

Nice FX. You can apply to particle Layer too. change the effect to DizzySpiral and you can create a dance floor lighting effect.

I have updated this effect:
1) the 2nd slider of the FX BLACK HOLE property now controls the soft border
2) the FX SPECULARITY property has an higher range
3) the specularity colour can be set with the new FX SPECULARITY COLOUR property
4) an additive version is included
When using the additive version make sure to set the picture layer to SINGLE SIDED with the 3rd dropdown below the textbox or else it will look to bright because the back is also rendered.
