Is it possible to add this shape for text layer to do this in ONE layer and with z spacing setting (ie : using 3rd cursor of actual spacing property)? Thank you.
I think you can do that by setting the CHARACTER ROTATION prop to (90, 0, 0) and the TEXT ROTATION prop to (-90, 0, 0).
Use the 1st slider of the SPACING prop to set the distance between the letters. Switch to FIXED SPACE (1st dropdown below the textbox) to use a fixed space.
