I have updated the Split-Flap model because there was a texture problem on the edges of the flaps when changing texture.
When you download the model prefer the ORIGINAL FORMAT option in download panel.
Great, but when you download the GLB is it possible to block a letter by going to the animation settings?

I don't have your talent for tutorials but brief explanations are in the article too.
In short to animate :
- set the first slider of the Animation Speed parameter to zero and don't touch it again.
- play with the second slider, remember that you can set a value >1 for the upper limit if you want the flap to rotate more.
Ex : value 0.14 on curseur 2 = character F
Above the characters table.

JP, non je ne crois pas, il ne faut pas se fier à l'affichage Sketchfab qui pose problème avec certains modèles animés.
Si tu télécharge le modèle Original ou Converted et que tu le place dans BluffTitler tu verras qu'il fonctionne correctement.
JP, no I don't think so, you shouldn't trust the Sketchfab display which have problems with some animated models.
If you download the Original or Converted model and place it in BluffTitler you will see that it works correctly.
