Character animation is a bit out of scope for a video titler, but because many asked for this, here's an effect that brings an avatar model to life.
On the left you can see such a T-Pose model: nose to the negative Z, arms horizontally and legs vertically.
The effect allows you to set the positions and sizes of the bones. This way it also works with OBJ files that can't store rigging info.
After setting up the model, you can animate its head, arms and legs. The effect also features 2 built-in animation patterns: a walk cycle and a silly dance move.
The model is a self portrait by Mike Alger, scanned by Doob and optimized by High Fidelity:

Converting the original FBX to OBJ in Blender wasn't trivial because of some duplicated/scaled parts. To assist you, I have included it in the download.

Since version 15.8.1.9, the T-Pose effect comes with the installer. You can find it in the BluffTitler\Media\Effects\Special folder.

Character animation is a huge field that is growing enormously thanks to VR, games, serious simulations, metaverses,... We'd love to see what you can do with the current effect, how it can be used for intro videos and which extra features you need. Maybe we end up with an avatar layer supporting one of the more advanced 3D model formats. Who knows!

The effect has been updated, it can now handle a cube map and a specular map in its 2nd and 3rd texture slot. You might have to clear your browser cache before re-downloading.
