I am trying to duplicate this show (Book of fairy tales) inside my own. I got the text and particle layer figured out, but can't understand what is going on with the picture layer. It seems to only have two properties (colour and transparency) instead of the usual numerous adjustable properties of a picture layer.
How do I re-create this layer?

The picture layer is set to 2D FULSCREEN (with the 2nd dropdown listbox below the textbox). In this mode properties like ROTATION and SIZE do not make sense and are made invisible.
