For a birthday video for a friend, I turned her name into a melody. It took some time improvising on the piano, but the basic method is simple: use the letters in the name that are music notes. In this case ADEEFF.

The smile is a feature of the the GLB model format called morph targets. BluffTitler makes them accessible with MX props.
The avatars created by Ready Player Me offer a huge collection of morph targets:

The video animates the MX MOUTHSMILE prop. In this screenshot I have used the MX CHEEKPUFF prop 😮💨
