I made a Birthday Garland with 3d models. I've added a downloadable show, but instead of the 3d balloon and the party hats I added piramides.

You can simply exchange every piramide with your own 3d Model.

There were some flaws (odd settings in transparency, color and some old and wrong textures) in the zip file so I updated it.
