Michiel I tried to place one textlayer in the foreground and a second in the background.
But when I tried to rotate the characters or the text they switch places. I don see the logic. Is this a bug?

That's because the text layers have different depth positions (3rd slider of the TEXT POSITION property).
There's no PIVOT POINT for the CHARACTER ROTATION property so I think you will have to create a container layer for every single character.
Maybe another user finds a clever trick to automate this. Please realize that this is a community where users help other users. It is not a place where you ask questions to me. For this reason please do not start your posts with my name. Thank you!
