To make a good paint stroke I used in an earlier show the Textclip.cfx and the Clip.cfx effects (outerspace-software.com...).
I thought it would be better to create the stroke with the GradientWipe.cfx.
I puzzled to make a good and fitting Colourmap and Alphamap with FilterForge.
Although I not fully understand the working of FilterForge I managed to change an existing filter, et voila.
Nice! and agree with you, filter edition in FilterForge not very simple, fortunately BT is very easier to use.
