By setting the STRINGS and CURVES PER STRING props of the spaghetti tool to lower values you can prevent your text looks like a mummy.

The flowers can be added as separate sketch layers drawn by hand in Bixelangelo. I've rendered 3 of these per flower in different angles and slightly different positions.
