a subscriber to my YouTube channel contacted me because when he inserts pictures in BluffTitler they appear as the file that I have attached.

Looks like z-fight. To fix this, move the picture a bit with its POSITION property. Probably the 3rd slider.
Or it's a bad video driver: update your video driver.
