All templates of the roller coasters pack feature 2 tree styles.
Switching between them is easy because they all are placed in their own container.
In the screenshot on the left, the container called ABSTRACT TREES has been made visible.
In the screenshot on the right, the container called REALISTIC TREES has been made visible.

The visible checkbox can be found in the upper right of the tool window.
And the layer can be renamed in the LAYER > ACTIVE LAYER PROPERTIES... dialog.
