Excellent collage of models! The bamboo entrance and the swarm of bees look amazing. I like what you did with the "snakes" of the main model. When looking at the original model, that must have taken a lot of work (AdvancedMaterials\UVModifier effect on submodel 3?)

Thanks Michiel. It's just plasma "spots" on sub 3.
Various plasmas used to change the other subs as well.

The model offers lots of other great opportunities!

In this screenshot I have replaced the texture of the snakes (submodel 3) by a Filter Forge texture:

Added fog, glow to the snakes, a skybox and, of course, could not resist to feature Bix 😁

Thanks shoji M, and LB.
Michiel, that looks incredible. I might have to redo mine.😀

Giger would be proud 👍

I really liked Michiel's ideas. 🤗
So here's an update.
Plasmas replaced with textures.
Vertical fog added, and original fog put back in.
Glowing eyes added to centerpiece, and a couple more things.

Getting better all the time. The single 🐝 at the end is a beautiful and scary reference to the earlier swarm of 🐝🐝🐝!

Would be interesting to see if it's possible to copy the colour scheme of Giger. Mostly greys and yellowish bones. Maybe add a bright colour to accent an interesting detail:
