Maybe it's the contrast between the modern, clean lady and the old, dirty chair (and broken wall!) that makes it interesting to watch. How about exaggerating this, turning it into a short horror movie and calling it "Dentist from hell"?

Or maybe it's the puzzling thumbnail of the alien in the mouth and everybody wants to find out what's that alien is doing there.

Thx Vincent and Michiel. The goal was actually to have the dentist tool fly out of his hand when he pulls Bix out and land into an assistant's eye, and the Bix would jump on it like a diving board. But I thought that might be a little too much. lol
