I always wanted to do a scene like this. The new vertical fog effect really adds to the scene of mankind colonizing Titan.
The futuristic skyscrapers and the car wreckage are all from Windows 3D viewer library.

Seeing Saturn hanging in the sky must be an awesome experience. No need for an expensive flight to Titan because we can simulate this in our video titling app 😉

Vincent, it's actually three shades of fog. The vertical one comes from top and is blueish like the sky. Then there's orange fog at ground level on top of the skybox and in form of normal fog, which vanishes the nearer we get.
