IntroChamp and songbaojin like this!
It would be nice to have two new BixPacks:
one dedicated to podcasts and one dedicated to Instragram reels. Both with vertical, horizontal and square tempates.
Maybe also suitable for sports (I like amateur soccer).
Will this be possible?
When will they be published?
Yes that would be wonderful, thank you for your requests!
One question, I understand the vertical (phone) and horizontal (desktop) formats, but what's the use case for the square format?

Many sites that allow you to make videos also have the ability to make 1:1 videos. Es. wave.video - Flexclip.com etc..

Square videos are ideal for video ads on Facebook and other social. Here's how to make a square video with Wave.video, an online video creator."

GaspareNet is correct. The square format is hugely popular on for ads on social media.
The problem with social media is that they haven't agreed on a format. Some sites work well in 9:16, while others excel at 1:1... and still others work better using 4:5. And, let's not forget 16:9 for sites like YouTube.
That all being said, 1:1 is the most versatile and universal.
It would be nice if there were an agreed upon standard.

If 1:1 format is a problem, the usual two formats (horizontal and vertical) are also fine

1:1 is the standard size for AI generated videos.
Some places have choices for other sizes.
Some it's only 1:1

No format is problematic. The format of any show/template can easily be adjusted by choosing the menu item FILE > SET SHOW RESOLUTION...
When you want a square format, set the width and the height to the same value.
Play around with the POSITION and FIELD OF VIEW props of the camera layer to optimize the composition for the new aspect ratio.
