I wonder, have you tried placing all the animations in a single GLB file? This way you can switch animation with the ANIMATION prop, enjoy animation blending, no longer have to use the TRANSPARENCY prop and need less layers. Probably not easy, but it must be possible in an app like Blender to do that.

Yes, of course, I had thought about it since I had made a tutorial on this subject outerspace-software.com....
The problem was the complexity of the choice of Mixamo animations so that the movement was sufficiently fluid, and I had modify the "JX" and do some tests (quite long by the way). For the beauty of the editing, it would have been necessary to consider this one as a draft, and to redo it with GLB files with multiple animations. But I admit that I did not have the courage, the accumulation of years (76), weighing on my will and my speed.
On the other hand, to avoid the shift in position on the escalator, especially vertical, of the 3D objects, animated by the "Writer" property which are moved each time the ".bt" file is launched, as we suggested to you with Vincent, it would be nice to be able to attach the 3D files in the same way as the texts in style 2 "escalator".

I made all the shoes black for Alex-Raymond T's wonderful show. I also included black shoes for shoji M's models in this download link. Switching them changes the position on some of them. But I include a fix in the download, which is the show that this video is. I hope that makes sense,lol.

Indeed ART show is inspired by the french movie : 'Le Grand Blond avec une chaussure noire' (The Tall Blond with a black shoe) which recounts the adventures of a very distracted character.
