@ Michiel: Il s'agit de "Mariage d'Amour / Wedding of Love" composé par Paul de Senneville en 1978 et interpretée par Richard Clayderman (fr.wikipedia.org...). Cette compostion est souvent faussement attribuée à Chopin sous le nom de "Spring Waltz" ( jacobspiano.com...)
