When I wanted to place my logo on a show with a moving camera I got all confused bij the placing.
Now I made a show with a Colourmap layer.
The Picturelayer with the Picture colourmap5 is placed "Fullscreen in the foreground"
Now you can add (CTRL M) it to any show and it stay in place
Zip file is updated and is now compliant with the adviced settings of Michiel.

One remark: when rendering the colour map layer with FULLSCREEN IN FOREGROUND make sure the resolution aspect ratio matches your show. Your show is 16:9, so you could use a colour map resolution of 1600 x 900. Or 3200 x 1800, or 800 x 450 or any other resolution as long as the ratio is 16:9. This way you do not have to apply uneven scaling in the elements in the colour map layer.
You can set the resolution of the colour map layer with its RESOLUTION prop.
