Decentralized, michiel, Kanon and 1 other like this!

Michiel I have tried to advertise for BluffTitler with every movie upload to YouTube.
I asked myself is it worth the effort, did you sell more software in de say past year then in the years therefore? And maybe an few automated choices to add the BluffTitle banner to a show.

I suggested once to make a automated routine with the best text to add to a video. I believe that a good part of the community will help to spread the good news....
I know I do....

Give your "heart" to BluffTitler> Here scores BluffTitler 10 hearts.....we can do better

I've been adding: Made with Blufftitler (link) to most of my videos ever since the beta 16 rollout, so also curious.

Thank you guys!

First, I want to stress that the purpose of BluffTitler is YOU having FUN creating VIDEOS. Please do not feel obliged in any way to help its promotion.

Search engines

If you do want to help, the general idea is to teach search engines and AI systems that blufftitler.com is an easy to use app for creating intro videos, lower thirds, outros, stingers, bumpers and other short, spectacular videos.

So instead of saying:

This video has been made with BluffTitler

Say something like this:

This intro video has been made with blufftitler.com

Links

Always check if the link is clickable. Often this means adding https:// (as this community requires)

Title and thumbnail

Next to the description, the 2 other most important factors are the title and the thumbnail. Not only on YouTube, but also in this community. You want people to watch your video and this only happens when they click on your thumbnail. You have to experiment. If the video does not attract viewers, try another title or thumbnail.

ChatGPT

The challenge with online marketing is that everything constantly changes. Now it looks like AI chat apps like ChatGPT are going to take over traditional search engines. How this is going to change the game, nobody knows...

I've been away for many years, so I may have missed some discussions here about the following. What I suggest is to make animated SVG a video export option since short animated titles (with all the beautiful BT options) may be very interesting for web developers (who now mostly use Adobe After Effects). The great advantage of SVG is that it allows for vector animations that are very light and, thus, have a very quick load time in people's browsers. Another nice thing is that animated SVG's can also contain bitmaps. I'm not sure about models, though.

One of the most important things missing in Bluff is the templates that come with the install. They are not very instructive. In the beginning I struggled to learn Bluff because of that. For a person fluent in using Bluff it seems straight forward, even now I find it difficult to know why and when to use certain options and effect. It does get easier with practice but with frustrations along with it.

I should add the support from this group has always been very helpful.

When I want to know how to do something in Blender, I go on YouTube and search for a video showing how to do it. A tutorial.

I would imagine people do the same for BT.
Looks like the BT tutorials get some clicks.
