I don't know about "realistic" but I took some time and tried something out to see how far I get.
This is a FAST and MESSY? attempt, just to show that it can be done and the downloadable show for anyone to see how it is done.
There are as always many ways to get an similar effect, but I settled on this.
Use it, Change it, Learn from it and make it better!

It also takes ages to load on my machine.
I advise you to switch to low quality (SETTINGS > LOW QUALITY) *BEFORE* loading this show.

The file takes an age to load, I can play this once on the low setting before the program freezes. What can be causing this issue with this particular file please?

This show makes use of the effect Inflate.cfx, which was introduced with Version 14.1.0.8 of BluffTitler last week.
If you have version 14 then download this update for FREE.

The big area of the splatter EPS file turns out to be worst case for the INFLATED style.
That's the reason it takes so long to load this show.

Like I said a Fast and messy show build for fast result based on a new effect and not efficiency and yours to change to make it better.
If it takes to long to load this show then make sure you open it in Low quality and replace the 6 Splatter 01, 02, 03 with the Boeba eps that came with the installer.
