Sma, Dani, LostBoyz and 4 others like this!
Did you already do this?
the one on the background is a photo, I created two transparent plan on which a shadow is projected. to do this I used a trick .... was it already possible to do this?
Notice that the shadow breaks on the DVD burner at the bottom.
Why doesn't the shadow move if I use the "Bix" effect to animate it?
Blufftitler has two shadow systems:
Real Shadows: Can't handle transparent textures, large polycount models and can't handle morphing effects like moving Bix and particle's.
Real shadows requires a surface to be projected on, even a image set with transparency at 0.999999.
Real shadows with large polycount models, put it in a container and use a simple shape from eps or model with invisible.cfx this will cast a shadow just not receive one.
Fast Shadows: Can handle those, but only on the floor (flat surface) This surface is set with the Show Plane Position property.
When using a mirror layer, make sure the position of the mirror layer matches the Shadow plane position property and use the Not clipped style.
When using a picture layer as the floor, use the 3D in background style.
Every point light can have the one are the other, so with two point light can have both systems in a show.
I hope that clears it up, and revealed your trick, sorry

Thank you Komies,
now I understand that it was enough to set the transparency at 0.9999.
I actually used a picture layer and I colored it green,
in this layer I added the chromakey effect, and set the effect for
the plane to disappear, but since the shadow is darker,
it does not disappear.
there are two layer, so the shadow can be broken
when it goes over the DVD burner
I looked for the most difficult road .... LOL !!!
