GaspareNet and Dani like this!
Hi Michiel,
I have seen some programs that have the "camera projection" function that projects a perspective of an image on a plane. So it's possible to transform a 2d photo in a kind of 3D photo in which the camera can move forward.
Is possible insert this function in BluffTitler?
Meanwhile, I did it with a single plane insert rotate in another photo.
but with the "camera projection" function you can insert 4 plans to build a box with images in right perspective.
Thanks !!
Have you tried Vanishing Point in Photoshop? It can be imported as model after converting it to .x model.
Since a short while Photoshop CC can be owned per month, just a suggestion.
For a parallax effect you could use a large photo set to cylinder style and use morphing stage till it is nicely bend. You could use plane2roll.cfx but that will cost you the effect slot for a displacementmap for instance to make some object more in front. And in de hollow between the front and back part of the curvature you could place transparent png images to strenghten the effect.
Good luck, and have fun.
Dani asked about similar effects, click on the link to view some examples.

That remember me an old show by JimH. These 3D layering are used very often in documentaries, i don't know if there are softwares to do that or if we must cut and paste each object and or person and place them with a different Z position.
