I made a chain with the help of the spaghetti tool.
The "Spaghetti" is made invisible with the Invisible.cfx effect.
The chain parts are made with the letter O (Inflated)

The tatoo (break free) is added with 3d Paint.
I added the show (without the arm)

With clever SPACING and TWIST values we only need a single text layer.
In this screenshot I used the Raleway font with a SPACING of (-2.5, 1, 1) and a TWIST of (0, 90, 0).
