I don't know, if this feature still exists in Windows 11, but since the Creator's update of Windows 10 there's a nice 3D model library built-in Microsoft 3D Viewer.

In the "File"-menu under 3D library you find a category called "All animated models". Pick one and test the included animations (right at the bottom). Now you can easily via "Save as..." export an animated GLB file ready to use in BT V16. All the models I've tested (including animations) work without any flaw in the beta version.
