the lines of ice that also overlap the writing make the result even more three-dimensional. Very beautiful!
I saw the original effect, maybe if you use a blur on the writing you get a more similar effect.
(Even though I believe you didn't want to copy it the same but only take inspiration).
Sorry, I wanted to try it too.
Anyway I like better yours, because on the red writings the ice stands out better and seems more 3D
