This effect turns a picture layer into an odometer. You can set the number with the FX NUMBER property. Take a look at the included PNG file to find out how the texture should look like. Realize that you can make your numbers as colourful as you want by editing the picture in a paint application.
When using high numbers, for example when counting from 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 use the FX SHIFT property. This moves all characters to the left. So instead of counting from 1,000,000 to 10,000,000, count from 1 to 10 with a shift of 6.
This effect requires BluffTitler version 10.2 to work properly.

FX has been updated.
It now has 4 methods:
FX METHOD=1 No animation
FX METHOD=2 All digits are always moving
FX METHOD=3 Every digit has its own scroll speed and only moves when previous digit is 9
FX METHOD=4 All digits have the same scroll speed and only move when previous digit is 9
