LostBoyz, kayserhans, minstrel and 1 other like this!

Here's a contribution from our support department. Answers can be found in the 1st comment.

1) I have exported my video in maximum quality: HD 1920 x 1080, 120 fps, uncompressed, 32 bits per pixel with transparency info and the resulting video still doesn't play without stuttering. Why?

2) I can't create transparent videos. Even the most simple show with only a text and a fullscreen background picture fails to be transparent.

3) I'm getting the error message "out of video memory". This is impossible because I have enough memory to spread my desktop over 2 full HD monitors.

4) MY LICENSE KEYS FAIL TO WORK. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

5) My show displays the current time using the time tag in the text layer. But when I export it as a video file, the time in the video is never updated. It keeps displaying the time when the video was created. Why?

6) Something goes wrong. How can I fix this?

7) Where can I download pixel shader 3.0?

8) The videos on your website play fine, but when I run BluffTitler it says that my graphics card isn't powerful enough to run the application. Isn't that strange?

9) Dear sir, I need crack.

10) When rendering a 384 bits gamma-corrected PNG stored x-buffer into a 32 bits pre-multiplied ZYX normal map using a geometry 4.1 (ypsilon) shader on a BeForce 12.4.0.2 beta driver on a FreeBSD Mac emulator, the post-normalized yellow channels of the non-perspective w-buffer corrected pixels seem to be reverted compared to the upper bits of the sub-motion blurred proximity channel. Am I missing here something?

1) A video with those settings requires almost a gigabyte (GB) per second. That's why they have invented video compression. For maximum quality it is indeed best to edit with uncompressed files. Don't worry if it stutters in your NLE, but make sure the final product uses compression.

2) Your background picture removes all the transparency.

3) Video memory can't be shared. If it is used by your desktop it can't be used by BluffTitler. Set your desktop to a lower resolution or buy a graphics card with more video memory.

4) Google on "CAPS LOCK"

5) Compared to a BluffTitler show file, most video file formats are pretty dumb and are not capable of updating texts inside a video. That's why we have created BluffTitler!

6) If it's not too much trouble, could you please let me know *WHAT* goes wrong? Thank you very much.

7) A pixel shader is hardware. Install a better graphics card or buy a new PC. Nowadays all new PCs support pixel shader 3.0.

8) Videos on our website are played by the Flash player, not by BluffTitler. The BluffTitler player allows you to change the texts, pictures and all other elements of the video. This requires more power.

9) Dear sir, we need honest user

10) euh...
