Everything is sloppy in this design:
-every cake floor has its own rotation
-every candle has its own rotation
-every letter has its own rotation
-every balloon has its own rotation
But at the same time it's super consistent:
-the cake, letters and balloons use the same 5 colours
-every layer uses the same material: no texture, FX Lighting factor prop set to 0.2, Specularity set to 0.99

Wanted to make it to perfect I think.
But sometimes a sloppy system is a system!
And You used the same circle.eps file for almost all parts, except Text, Particle and plasma layers: Very efficient.
