Michiel, is it possible to have an Alpha cursor (on/off) in Water layer to enable/disable alpha channel, actualy png transparent parts are opaque. Thank you.
Michiel, that does no respond to my question, i would like to use png pic as water texture (Alphamap), what are the settings to have water transparent on the transparent parts of the png (ie : the holes in this picture)

The Water effect has an FX FOAM TEXTURE IS A COLOUR MAP prop. When you set this to 1, the 1st texture is rendered transparently on top of the water. Do you mean that you want to make the water transparent when the 1st texture is transparent?

Michiel, in fact I would like the WATER LAYER to take into account the alpha channel of the image as it exists with PNGs. In my example I would like the holes to be transparent as in the original image as it works with the PICTURE LAYER. Thank you.

The alpha channel of the 1st texture is used to render it transparently on top of the water. Do you mean that you want to use this alpha channel to make the water invisible as well?
Have you already tried using a picture layer with the Picture\WavingFlag effect?
Another way could be to use a waving flag layer.

Vincent sometimes I use the Bubbler.cfx effect. I used it in my last video on the Mist.
