The landscape layer uses the ColourmapDisplacementmapReflectionmap.cfx for showing the height of the terrain and it needs a Displacementmap (heightmap). In the properties you can also set the FX Normal strength but in the exturesettings you can't add a Normalmap. Why not?

When using a displacement map, BluffTitler computes the normals. This is slower than a separate normal map, but saves precious texture memory and makes the effect easier to use.

Technically it's possible to use the normal map to add small details on top of the displacement map. For the fastest result we would need an effect with 2 normal maps, so in total 5 textures.
