I do not advise to do everything in one big BT file. BluffTitler has been designed for shorts clips. It works much better splitting your project up in short clips and mixing them together in your NLE, like Vegas.
But when you insist, you can press <Ctrl> M. This adds all layers of another show to the current show to the current time:
