I don't want to be a nagging pest as I have posted this request before.
Is there any feedback to the request to playback a video at a certain time, or to pause a video which would be the same thing?
I use this feature in most of my shows and I know and use the workaround method in the meantime but it is time consuming to make timing adjustments when 'cutting to the beat' in infomercials and mini adverts.
I never use the video layer. Instead I export with an alpha channel and do the mixing in my video editor (Vegas).

I have a 15 second video clip I want to use using a template from the Screens BixPack. I want a video to play on the screen of a mobile phone at a certain time. I can't do that. The video layer loops the video every 15 seconds and it starts playing somewhere in the middle of the clip. I don't want that.

So happy to hear that. This is indeed the only situation where using a video texture makes sense.
Thank you for your request. For now, I would create a new version of the video in my video editor with the desired start position and pauses (which is probably what you are doing already).
