I'm not a gifted 3d model designer so I download free models.
Some models are cars and busses and I wish to create rolling wheels for this cars.
I tried to change the wheel/tyre layer names to : [BluffTitlerWheel]. I tried to do it with accutrans but every time I try it I see in the end -BluffTitlerWheel-.
I tried othe signs and at first I thougt it worked but when I "ok" button it is changed to
-BluffTitlerWheel-.
Is there a solution?
Some ideas:
1) Use Blender: blender.org
2) Split the model layer into separate layers, one for every submodel (use the SUBMODEL prop) and set the 3rd dropdown to WHEEL for the wheels
3) Edit the .OBJ file in Notepad
