I currently use this for rendering of my videos from the folder.......C:\Program Files\ffmpeg-x.x.x-win64-static\bin\ffmpeg.exe .
In the next few days I will be reinstalling/transferring my programs to a new PC.
Am I able just to copy the above folder and paste it into the new PC then point/guide Blufftitler to it?
I must admit I found the site to download it a bit confusing and I was not sure what file to download.

GaspareNet, I would try the GPL version first.
I think SHARED means that it uses components stored elsewhere on your system. This results in a smaller app, but those components could be missing or incompatible so NON-SHARED is a safer choice.
And when reading this page I conclude that the GPL version is faster:
