I just upgraded to Ultimate and I have had too many problems, first unable to download it and when I finally did it, every time I open it size of screen is so small it is not of use any more. To complicate matters there are no handles where I can increase size; and every time I open it screen gets smaller. When I opened it the first time screen occupied the whole monitor which left upper border covered with no access to controls. Then I fixed, when Michiel told me to go to settings , browser mode ant this fixed it, but immediately after the opposite happened, diminute screen size.
Please someone help me find an integral solution to these problems, maybe giving me a set of instructions of how to proceed from beginning to end, sort of protocol. I thought, like in the two previous versions, that everything would be fine from day one, but it has not happened.

PD. I have spent two and half days trying to no avail
To resize the render window:
-move your mouse to any of the window borders/corners until it changes into the resize arrows
-press the left mouse button and keep it pressed
-move the mouse until the window has the desired size
-release the mouse button
This is standard Windows behavior. The only difference is that it snaps to the correct aspect ratio when you release your mouse. For example to 16:9. To change the aspect ratio, choose the menu item FILE > SET SHOW RESOLUTION....
This all works exactly the same in the EASY, PRO and ULTIMATE editions.
