In this great show \Media\Shows\Text\Displacementmapping1.bt, how can I make the texture look like chocolate crisp biscuit ?
For crispy chocolate you'll need a crispy texture. Here's a quick test using these:

Instead of making the text out of chocolate, you could also drip the text into chocolate.
