I challenged myself to re-create this video with BluffTitler.

I'm not entirely satisfied:
1.The falling, roling and bouncing of the text is not as smooth and natural as in this video
2. I don't get the confetti as glittering as in the video

Technically I think it's very well done. I would focus on the design aspects: colours, fonts and composition.

Oh, and when using a gradient background don't forget to add some noise to fight MP4/JPEG banding:

On the original (link) i like a lot the bounce effect, i don't know if it is possible to do it with BT.

You are right, it's all in the lay out and the font.
It's also wise to use containers. In this case:
1. One total text container
2. One sub-container for the 3 parts (Happ, Birthda, Y)
This way its easy to change the lay out.
